Terms and Conditions

  • Full payment of the tour cost must be made before the trip begins, Pending payments may lead to cancellation of the trip.
  • You can reserve your spot with an initial payment of INR 2500 per person. The rest of the amount must be paid 15 days before the tour starts.
  • Himalaya Venture is not responsible for any unforeseen situation during the tour, such as roadblocks or flight cancellations.
  • The IDs shall be verified before boarding. No tourist shall be entertained without a valid Govt ID.
     A. For children between the age group 5-8 years, 30% of the total cost will be charged.
    B. For children under the age group 5-8 years – No bed/extra mattress will be provided.
    C. For children above 8 years (considered adult) – Extra mattress will be provided.
  • Our time of departure is fixed, so keep in touch with our coordinator to stay updated.
  • Travelers must take care of their own luggage and belongings. The management will not be responsible for any damage or missing item.
  • Drinking and smoking are strictly prohibited during the tour due to health and safety reasons.
  • We donot provide any insurance policy to cover any sickness, accident or losses incurred due to theft or other reason.

Cancellation Policy

  • If the cancellations are made 15 days before the start date of the trip, 25% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • If the cancellations are made 10 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • No refund will be made, if canceled before 9 days of the start date of the trip.
  • No refund will be made once the tour starts. 
  • In case of unforeseen climate conditions or Govt. restrictions, certain activities may get cancelled. Our coordinator will try best to provide an alternate activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.

      Itinerary

      After breakfast we will ride towards sarchu, the fullness of greenery and trees are full of action to disappear into wild landscapes.as we cross Atal tunnel you get to see some of the most beautiful landscapes that the Western Himalayas can offer. The backdrop gets more unambiguous and infertile as we climb up to the 16,500-foot high Baralacha La, the second mountain pass on our journey. From the pass beautiful views of fields and snow-capped mountains can be seen. By early evening we reach the small village of Sarchu with set on a large highland. Overnight stay at the camp

        After early breakfast we start ride towards leh today have to cross three pass on the way Namkela, Lachulung la and Taklang la thirds highest motor able road in world as we cross taklang la pass you can see a breath take view of Rumtse and Gya village. On the way you can also see a mountain which is very different in colour.This is very famous in this region, reach leh by evening over night at leh.

          Today we will ride towards nubra valley on the way to nubravelley we are going to cross highest motor able road in the world. Khardung La pass offers incredible views of the valley and the roads zigzag up the mountain, after crossing khardung la pass we are entering to famous nubra valley which is also knows as valley of flower In nubra valley we visit a Disket monastery which is famous for 35 metre statue of Maitreya Buddha and disket monastery is a oldest and largest Buddhist monastery. After visiting disket monastery we check in to our Hotel/Camp and rest for few hour. In the evening we will visit hundur sand dune for sunset and enjoying the double hump camel safari at sand dune, overnight stay at hundur

            Today we continues our journey towards Turtuk Valley, Turtuk is known as valley of Apricot and Turtuk lies in the Baltistan Region and is one among three such villages in India. Turtuk was under Pakistan’s control until 1971, after explore turtuk we will riding back towards nubra valley HundurOvernight at hundur in camp/hotel / Today we continues our journey towards other side of Nubra valley, where we are going to visit world highest battle field famous knows as Siachen . On the way back we will visit panamike where u can see a hot spring and if have a some spear time than we will also visit Yarabtso a small holy lake between mountains over night at sumur in camp or guest house

              After breakfast we will more towards Pangong Lake via Shayok Valley ,Drive alone with Shoyak River we reach Pangong Lake. The place where the Bollywood film ‘3 Idiots’ was shot!! Pangong Lake is an endorsees lake in the Himalayas situated at a height of about 4,350 m. PangongTso is geographically situated in a disputed territory, claimed both by India and China, overnight at Pangong Lake in camp

                After enjoying breakfast, proceed to Leh on the way visit Hemis monastery one of the biggest and richest monastery of Ladakh region and we also visit Thiksey Monastery which know as little Lhasa of Tibet, Overnight stay at leh.

                  We begin our journey towards Kargil on the way we visit “Magnetic hill” that is located about 30 km from Leh, at a height of 14,000 feet above sea level. Here you can see the uncommon wonder of your vehicle going upwards on its own at a speed with the engines off. , we will visit the one of most famous place in ladakhAlchi monastery; well-known for its 1000 AD Indian style Buddha paintings. One of the oldest monasteries in the region, We also visit the Lamayuru monastery The Astrophysical like landscapes near Lamayuru village is also called as Moon Land, ourjourney for the day ends in Mulbek near Kargil for overnight stay. The place is famous for the 9-metre high rock sculpture of Maitreya Buddha built around the 8th century.

                    After breakfast today journey takes us through Kargil and Drass. The Drass war memorial, built in the memory of soldiers martyred in the 1999 Kargil war and is a must visit for every traveller passing through this route. As we cross the famous Zoji La pass, the landscape changes from dry mountains to green mountains to reach the beautiful meadows of Sonamarg. We end our journey in Srinagar where you would be checked into Deluxe Houseboats in Nageen Lake or Dal Lake
